Bonus Policy

SpinWin Casino's Bonus Policy states that:

  1. All new members will receive a welcome bonus, upon making a first deposit to their SpinWin account ("Welcome Bonus"). SpinWin reserves the right to limit the Welcome Bonus to (i) one bonus per household or (ii) one bonus per computer terminal.
  2. The terms Initial Deposit Welcome Bonus, First Deposit Bonus, Match Up Bonus and First Time Bonus all refer to the same Welcome Bonus.

    Special 100% to €/£/$ 1,000 Welcome Bonus Terms & Conditions:

    1. The Welcome Bonus consists of a 100% instant bonus of up to £1000/€1000/$1000 upon first four weekly deposits. Example: If you make a first deposit of $250, then you will receive $250: deposit $250 next day, no bonus given. $250 is deposited the next week, $250 bonus is given.

    2. The Welcome Bonus and any accumulated winnings can be cashed out only after an amount totaling 25 times your bonus plus deposit amount has been wagered, unless otherwise stated (250 times the bonus plus deposit amount if credited with NETeller or MoneyBookers). For example, to cash out a bonus of $20, a member needs to wager ($20 deposit + $20 bonus) x 25 = $1000, subject to the individual game contribution percentages shown below. If a player decides to play the bonus, he will not be able to cashout the bonus, winnings or his original deposit before completing the wagering requirements. 
    3. The Welcome Bonus will not be available to members registered, logging in from or depositing from Armenia, Australia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macao, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Serbia and Montenegro, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand, France, Italy, Denemark, Belgium, Ukraine and Vietnam.
    4. Members may be entitled to one Welcome Bonus. Members who make their first deposit with one of SpinWins’ "skins" and who have or previously had an account with any site owned or operated by SpinWin, including any "skin", shall not be entitled to the Welcome Bonus, unless SpinWin decides otherwise at its sole discretion.
    5. The Welcome Bonus is granted only to members who login from SpinWin software.
    6. Wagering on ALL GAMES at SpinWin contributes towards the wagering requirements but certain games contribute greater amounts than others. At least half of the wagering requirements need to be met by playing table games or Video poker*. The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type**:

    Special 200% up to €/£/$ 800 and 250% up to €/£/$ 375 Sign Up Bonus Terms & Conditions:

    1. In Order to claim this special bonus the member must input the promotional code he received in his invitation when depositing in the cashier.
    2. The Sign Up Bonus consists of a 200% (or 250%) instant bonus of up to £800/€800/$800 (or £375/€375/$375) upon your first deposit by invitation only. Example (for 200% up to 800): If you make a first deposit of $250, then you will receive an additional $500 bonus: If you make a first deposit of $500, then you will receive an additional $800 bonus
    3. The Sign Up Bonus and any accumulated winnings can be cashed out only after an amount totaling 50 times your bonus plus deposit amount has been wagered, unless otherwise stated (250 times the deposit plus bonus amount if credited with NETeller or MoneyBookers). For example, to cash out a bonus of $40 that was given on a deposit of $20, a member needs to wager $60 x 50 = $3,000 (under the special 200% to 800 offer), subject to the individual game contribution percentages shown below. If a player decides to play the bonus, he will not be able to cashout the bonus, winnings or his original deposit before completing the wagering requirements.
    4.     Free Spins

    1. The free spins winnings must be wagered 200 (Two Hundred) times before cash-out may be made and are subjected to the rest of the SpinWin  Casino bonus policy terms and conditions
    2. The maximum winnings from free spins is $/€/£ 30.
    3. Free spins are valid only for the machines promoted and chosen by the promotion code, and may not be transferred between machines after the choice has been made.
    4. Free spins must be used within 14 days of the grant date

  4. Comp points accumulated via low-risk wagering in all versions of Wild Wheel, Live Casino, Roulette, Baccarat, Hi-Lo, Blackjack and Craps bets will not be calculated as a valid wager with regard to SpinWin’s Bonus Policy cash out requirements.
  5. Any free bonus upon registration (without a deposit requirement) must be wagered no less than 150 times before such bonus and any accumulated winnings may be withdrawn. In any event, the maximum cash out from such free promotional offers cannot exceed €/£/$100 and any remaining amount shall subsequently be removed from the member's bankroll.
  6. Moreover, a member must cash out the foregoing winnings (of up to €/£/$100) by the end of the calendar month in which he/she has received the free registration bonus. Should a member fail to do so, Spin Win shall remove from his/her bankroll any amount of winnings above €/£/$100 on the 1st day of the subsequent month.
  7. All members shall be required to make a first deposit of at least the minimum amount defined by Spin Win (which may change from time to time ), prior to cashing out the free registration bonus. 
  8. Spin Win shall not allow a money transfer of funds attributed to a free registration bonus from a member's account in any amount greater than €/£/$100. For these purposes, a money transfer shall be considered by Spin Win as a request for cash out and subsequently any remaining sum in excess of €/£/$100 shall be removed from the donor's bankroll. In the event a money transfer exceeded the foregoing amount Spin Win also reserves the right to forfeit any transferred sum above €/£/$100 from the recipient's bankroll.
  9. In the event a member makes a deposit at any time following the receipt of a free registration bonus Spin reserves the right at its discretion to remove from the member's bankroll any amount above €/£/$100 which was attributed to the free registration bonus.
  10.   11. Your use of any real money bonuses is subject to our review for irregular playing patterns. To ensure fair gaming, We consider low margin, equal, zero bets or hedge betting to be irregular gaming for the use of bonuses. Further examples of irregular playing patterns also include, but are not limited to: (i) placing single or multiple bets on any single game that sums over the value of seventy percent or more of the bonus credited with the intention of clearing the bonus until the release requirements have been met; (ii) if We suspect you have attempted to use a bonus contrary to the spirit of the Promotional offering; (iii) if We suspect that you have sought to deviously profit from a bonus offered by Us in good faith (for example, the acceptance of a bonus, wagering the minimum amount and immediately withdrawing the funds or playing an amount equal to the welcome bonus only and trying to cash out the original deposit or most of it). In the event that We deem that an irregular playing pattern has taken place, We reserve the right to prevent you from cashing out Account funds and/or withhold any of Your winnings derived from Your use of the bonus. 
  12. Unless otherwise specified, all event or promotion funds received in excess of regular payouts need to be wagered 50 times prior to being cashed out and are subject to the rest of SpinWin's Bonus Policy.
  13. All bonuses and promotional offers extended to members must be wagered at SpinWin within 7 days of being credited to a member's account or within the period specified in the notification of a promotional offer if different. SpinWin reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at a time of its choosing, to revoke any bonuses and promotional offers, or any parts thereof, not used by a member within the relevant time period.
  14. Wagering requirements are calculated in US dollars according to daily exchange rates.
  15. SpinWin reserves the right to withhold the amount of any bonus from a member's cash out.
  16. In the event of abuse, SpinWin reserves the right to discontinue the member's SpinWin membership and to prevent the member from accessing the casino in the future.
  17. This Bonus Policy has been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Bonus Policy and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
